Congratulations to the Bays 2010 Pride ladies on capping off an undefeated, untied performance at the Nation's Capital Cup in McClean, Va.  The ladies went 3-0 in round robin play, outscoring opponents from Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and Maryland by a combined 12-1 score.  The ladies then played Great Falls Reston S.C. from the NPL in the final, winning an exciting 2-1 game!
