The 2010 Bays Pride ladies completed an undefeated run in the top division of the Nation's Capital Cup while missing a few key players.  The ladies went 1-0-2 allowing only 1 goal against competition from the ECNL and EDP NL leagues while defeating McLean Y.S. Green 2-0 who would eventually win the group by 1 point to advance to the final
